Multiple emails keep popping up to followup even after selecting ignore in macOS Ventura. This has been happening for months and most/all of them don't have "Remind Me" set.
Yes, everything is up to date.

You can try toggling the setting back on and then turn it off again in Mail>Settings...
Quit Mail.app, relaunch it holding the Shift key down and compare your results
verify your software is up to date…
