MacBook Air not charging my iPhone

My MacBook Air 2013 13” recognizes my iPhone SE 2nd Gen. But does not charge it. I have tried several new lightning cables.

My MacBook is not charging iPhone through USB C adapter Hey. If I connect my currently USB C directly to the MacBook it is charging but If I use adapter - it is not charging. Also I checked with the cable (USB -> iPhone) and it is charging. There is some issue with the USB C charging through this adapter. Can someone help? I have iPhone 8

iPhone 16 Picky about Charging Any reason why my new iPhone 16 won't charge or connect to my 2017 iMac using the Apple supplied cords in the box? Also tried a typical USB charging cable, and it does not function. The only way I can charge the iPhone is plugging it into a wall with a new Apple cube, or putting it on a charging station. Found iPhones to be picky over the years, but this is ridiculous. None of the aftermarket cables I have will charge the phone.

Charging Issues on New iPad mini 6 After I had briefly charged my iPhone 8 from my new iPad mini 6 using a lightning to USB C cord my new iPad has been unable to charge. When I plug my iPad into a charger, there is no response. The only thing that does happen is if I plug my iPad into my Mac, it will charge my Mac from the iPad's power source. Any help would be much appreciated!

Is the MacBook Air charged up or plugged in and charging?

Optionally use a USB wall charger to charge the iPhone.

I have tried with the Macbook Air both Fully Charged and plugged into the wall. Neither will charge my iPhone. iPhone charges just fine with an Apple USB wall charger.
