Transferring Photos from Iphone to Windows

I am trying to transfer photos from iphone to windows pc. Even after connecting cable I am not getting any notification on phone to allow to transfer photos and videos and so my iphone wont connect to pc. What do i do?

iPhone SE, iOS 16
