Apple Watch SE not tracking any movement and raise to wake isn't working

I recently swam in a friend of mine's salt water pool yesterday, and I had turned on the water mode on my apple watch while doing so. Typically when I'm done swimming, which I've done numerous of times, I run the water-ejecting sound a couple of times until I think it's all good. Today, my watch isn't tracking any movement whatsoever. No heartrate, no standing hours, no steps, etc. I went on a 3.5 hour golf exercise and it only tracked 33 calories for the entire thing. The raise-to-wake feature isn't working either, and I have to tap the screen to wake it up. I've tried to look any sort of solution and none of them have worked for me. I've factory reset the watch and re-paired it to my phone, still nothing. It's also been charging a lot slower since then.
