How to set F19 to work or function as tab key?

I have been gifted with a new Mac Book Pro 14" 3 days ago and I am a Windows user ever since so I am still in the process of adjusting. I use Magic Keyboard with numeric keypad with my old windows laptop but I'm having trouble with the functions keys setup. How do I set F19 to work or function as tab key? I already tried Settings >> Keyboard >> Keyboard Shortcuts >> Keyboard but it doesn't seem to work. I am tech savvy and loving this new laptop. I am sure there's a way to do it just couldn't find out how. Please help =)
