what if I only use one device

i have an iphone 13. i do not have a mac or ipad or any other apple device i do not want to sync my phone with other devices because i only use this iphone 13

If you don’t have any other devices, then you can’t sync your phone to anything. You can do an iCloud backup so that you don’t lose any data if you have any problems with your phone.
