Charged for iCloud+ but didn’t receive any upgrade

I have been charged for ₹219 for 200GB for a month. Money got debited from my account but didn’t receive any update on my iCloud space. How to get refund or how to get iCloud+ sapce.

If you have upgraded iCloud storage, once your request for iCloud+ has been activated, you should receive an invoice in your email box.

Check -> Go to -> Settings -> your name -> iCloud -> if you see 50 GB (or 200 GB or 2 TB) then you have an iCloud subscription.
