It doesn't let me sign in to Apple Music using Google Chrome

When I go on to Google, At the top of the screen it says sign in. I put in the right credentials and it loads for a bit then disappears and doesn't log me in. Any answers / solutions will be appreciated

We’re going to recommend that you also try using Apple Music on the web in a different web browser. This way we can know whether the issue is isolated to your web browser or possibly to your account.

If you have access to another device, let's try that process on another device to determine if this behavior is device specific.


Should that still persist, which particular devices are exhibiting this behavior?


Have you been able to sign into the Apple Music website in the past without any difficulties? If so, how long have you been experiencing this behavior?


Let us know, and we'll keep moving forward based on those details.

I thank you very much for getting back to me. Yes, I have tried on another device and yet both devices are still exhibiting this behaviour. I have had issues for about 4 weeks. I tried 4 weeks ago and it let me sign in. I tried just 3 weeks ago again and it didn't let me sign in. I am still experiencing issues. I am very thankful that you got back to me and appreciate your time.

I am also having this issue. I've restarted the computer multiple times, and have used both Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. Chrome was the browser that started doing this first, and Edge was still working for several weeks, but now neither browser is letting me log in. The log in pop-up works and allows me to fill it in, but after I submit the information the pop-up closes and the Sign In button remains, with the page acting as if I haven't logged in at all.

i am on my desktop windows computer. i have firefox and chrome on this computer. apple music signs in just fine on firefox browser. chrome gives me the password, verification pin, and then the webpage refreshes but still acts like i'm not signed in.

i have cleared my cache on chrome, and all history for apple music or anything apple related. it still acts like i'm not signed in on chrome. my phone still gives me notifications when i sign in to chrome and it says "was this sign in you? chrome, windows, today" yes that was me. but the webpage still shows none of my libraries, and still has the big red sign-in button in the top right as if i'm not already signed in.


again, the webpage works just fine in firefox and signs me in and everything. i think this has to do with chrome specifically, and clearing my cache and browsing data for any and all apple url's did not work.
