Welcome to Apple Support Communities. It looks as though you've already reviewed the article titled Headphone notifications on your iPhone, iPod touch, or Apple Watch

As stated in this article, you can turn off these notifications on your iPhone by going to: Settings > Sounds & Haptics > Headphone Safety.

Then turn Headphone Notifications off.

Keep in mind that headphone notifications can't be turned off in certain countries or regions.
