How to prevent Siri from adding emojis to contact names in dictation?

When I’m using voice to text and I say, for example, the word “mom”; it dictates it as “Mom 💞”, because that’s how I have my mom’s contact set up. But any time I dictate the word “mom”(or my husband’s name, daughter’s name, etc.) I obviously don’t want the emojis from my contacts included. Surely there must be a way to stop Siri/dictation from pulling names from your contacts?
