Hi I want to deactivate my all payments on apple id plz help me how can I remove or stop payments

You can't remove a payment method if you have payments coming out for subscriptions etc... You'll need to first cancel all subscriptions by going to settings in your Apple device, then click on your name the top, then click on subscriptions and cancel any active subscriptions you have showing there. Also, iCloud storage payments do not show there so you'll have to cancel it under settings, your name at the top, iCloud, manage storage.
Once you cancel all subscriptions then you can remove your payment method.
Change or remove the payment cards that you use with Apple Pay - Apple Support
