My 2017 iMac 5k spontaneously powering down since update to Ventura 13.4.1 (c).

This is usually software related, but not always. I suggest going into safe mode and see if the issue persists there.
Follow this article to continue to isolate the issue. You may end up needing to reinstall macOS at some point. I suggest backing up your data using Time Machine and an external Hard Drive first though.
