I can’t retrieve my voicemail becauseI can’t reset the password on the voicemail I did not set on it please help

I can’t reset the password on my voicemail on I phones 11 and I have not put one please help me reset it so I could retrieve my voicemail please

Voicemail is a carrier provided feature, so contact your carrier for help with Voicemail.
