Refund
I have been trying to get my $54.91 back on my card for like 3 days now . I did not purchase anything for $54.91 so I would like my money to be returned back to my account.

Request a refund for apps or content you've bought from Apple – Apple Support (UK)
If that does not work best best is to contact apple support directly, Or your Bank.
