Preparing to resell Apple Watch Series 5

I bought a new watch, and I am preparing to sell my Series 5. I have unpaired it from my phone, and disconnected it from my cell phone plan. It does not show in "Find My" and I can't see anything to indicate it is not unlocked for the next user. I want to be sure they don't have any trouble. The watch has been reset, and prompts to be paired with a phone when powered on.


I thought I had all of this covered similarly when I sold a watch previously, but the new owner couldn't activate it, and I had to complete one more step for them.


Can anyone confirm that I have done all that I need to in order to make this a pleasant experience for the next owner?
