edit health workout data “Show All Data” missing

In the following Support article, the option “Show All Data” is missing. I forgot to stop my yoga workout until 20min after when I got a notification that I’d closed my exercise ring. 🤦🏻 Whatever, mistakes happen, but I can’t fix it?

Step back to the activity summary then scroll down to Workouts and tap that, then Show all data
