Email Trash

Everyday I clear my mailbox. Everyday when I open my mailbox I have many emails listed from the previous day and many emails from days back. I don't know why emails keep showing up if they were deleted and trash bin cleaned. Does anyone have a solution about this?

There are laws to consider...

Despite the best intentions, employees may inadvertently delete or fail to retain important email communications. This can be particularly problematic in industries that are highly regulated and subject to strict retention requirements. For this reason automated email journal archiving is required by most large organizations.
