i have created a ICLOUD apple Id but I forgot the password and email address too. Also I don’t have the SIM card phone number that i used *** trusted phone number.
so, I would Like to know is it possible for my to forget password without the phone number verification.

The Account Recovery as linked to previously will be your only option. It may take some time to get resolved. They would need a way to verify you are the owner of the Apple ID account, which they normally do through Trusted Device, Trusted Phone Number or Email. Without that information it does not leave Apple much to work with.
I forgot my ICLOUD apple Id password and email, also I lost phone number that used as trusted phone number.
