I seem to have turned off or deleted my notes I would like to recover them how do I do this

You must turn on notes from the device so that they sync with iCloud Set up iCloud for Notes on all your devices - Apple Support if notes are deleted recover them before 30 days Delete and recover notes on iCloud.com - Apple Support
