My AirPods keep disconnecting

When I'm watching a video with my AirPods, if I fast forward or pause the video 3-5 times, they disconnect and reconnect repeatedly, entering into a loop where they keep disconnecting. Sometimes I have to manually reconnect them. The Apple Service couldn't resolve the issue, and they suggested resetting them and leaving them charging together for two hours, but it didn't work. Do you know any solution or have you encountered a similar situation?
