Lost Iphone

To whom who is seeing this I had an iPhone 12 which I factory reseted and it was for someone but it got stolen in Afghanistan I didn't had any Apple ID on that phone and also I don't have the serial number for that phone I bought at 2020 and it was financed from Apple Card see if you can help me to get that phone locked or blacklisted.
