3 beep error and black screen

I have a MacBook Pro Retina A1398, my laptop hasn't been used for a year, it's like brand new.

I went to turn it on, and I get 3 beeps every 5 seconds, and the screen is black, won't turn on.

I opened up the back of the laptop to inspect, looks very clean no dirt or dust.

Can someone help me?
