Hello! I want to buy a mac book pro from the US and also buy the apple care plus coverage. But I will be using it in Romania. If anything happens, is this country eligible for repairs on this mac book pro through apple care plus?

Although your AppleCare+ coverage is attached to the device itself, not location, service options would depend upon what is available in the country where you want to get it serviced. For example, in Romania, it looks like service would be completed by an Apple Authorized Service Provider. Therefore, your options may depend on what the Apple Authorized Service Provider offers as well as parts that they have on hand. You may want to check out your local Apple Authorized Service Provider using Official Apple Support and give them a call first.
