Apple watch Asking Update Apple ID Settings continuously.
I've tried update settings by entering password but it says the username and password are incorrect.
I'm using the same credentials on my phone and it's working fine.
I've tried by reseting device, it works for sometime and again starts asking the same.
Please help me setup.

It sounds like this watch may be new to you and the activation lock is still set by the previous owner.
Have them remove the Watch from their Apple Account.
