How do I restore deleted photos on my ipad?
If your Photos are synchronised with iCloud, you may still be able to recover deleted images for up to 30-days:

You can access iCloud from any web-browser on any computer:
In Photos app, look for the Recently Deleted folder/album.
If any deleted images are in this album/folder, tap/select the images, you wish to recover, then tap the recover button.
If the images were already deleted from the Recently Deleted folder/album, then there is NO recovery of the images.
They are permanently gone/lost.
