Spacebar being weird - Pls help

My spacebar is acting up. Sometimes it acts totally normal, making spaces when I am typing, but other times it makes the window tiny. When you click it again it will maximize it back. Also, occasionally, there will be weird blue boxes that are not highlighting a text box. Not sure what's going on, my mac also has a 99% chance of crashing if I open it from sleep and it's less than 70% battery, I have to keep it charging to prevent it. It's a 2017 MacBook pro.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 12.6
