I’m trying to install 15.6.1. The download and install is grayed out. I’ve tried everything that’s been suggested on the Internet and Apple site with no luck. Please help.

When all else fails, Apple recommends trying to update using a Mac or PC. Have you tried this?

We cannot know what "everything that has been suggested on the Internet" really might be, and we don't want to ask you to waste your time doing things that you have already done.
So, could you please briefly list what you have done so far?

If so, contact your company - IT department.
I’ve checked storage, my internet connection, made sure my vpn is off, disabled airplane mode,reset network and more
I don’t know where the MDM profile is. I’ve never had a problem. Downloading updates before this one. Please help.
