I can’t download app on iPad when I shared hotspot on iPhone

I can’t download app on iPad when I shared hotspot on iPhone. I do anything I turned off low data mode but it doesn’t work😭 how can I do it?

Unable to turn off mobile data for apps I’m currently running iOS 16.3 on a 13 ProMax and have turned off mobile data for certain apps. However while Wi-Fi is turned off these apps seem to still have internet access as banner & video ads load. Short of outright turning off mobile data entirely or putting the phone on airplane mode these apps seem to retain internet access. Is this a bug with 16.3, have apps found a way to circumvent turning off their mobile data access or is there some setting buried somewhere I’m missing..?

"Cellular data" and "Hotspot" options are missing in the Settings Good day! After one of the updates I found out that "Cellular data" and "Hotspot" options are missing in the Settings. How to fix this? I have iPhone XS, and my iOS now is 15.4.1, but I guess it happened earlier. Thank you!

Bug,mobile connectivity Hello my IPhone Xr software version of 14.1 is giving me challenges relating to my apps some applications can’t have access to my mobile data even when I have internet I don’t know if it’s a bug or something?

When your iPad is connected to a Cellular hotspot connection, you may have difficulty performing App updates. As such, you may have to delay updating installed Apps until you have a reliable WiFi connection. Your iPad will be similarly unable to perform System Software updates over most Cellular connections.
