Hello, is there anybody to help me please. My email account has been locked. I can’t access on my phone. What can. I do?

You'll have to contact whoever is providing your email access. Gmail, Hotmail, etc.

How to delete a non-working (& gray'd-out) iPhone8+ email account. Why/how the Yahoo email account became disabled (grayed-out in Settings) I don't know.
