restore photos from dead iphone
is there any way for me to restore photos from my old iphone that no longer can't be turn on but still connected to icloud

If the phone synced with iCloud, your data may be in your iCloud account. If you make iCloud backups, it may still connect to backup if you have not restarted the device. Plug it in and leave it overnight. Otherwise, no. You need a working screen to unlock.
