I have disliked, I have made it clear that liking Folk music does NOT correlate to liking Country music, yet Apple keeps serving it up to me. When I dislike a song, it should STOP and I should have the ability to block the artist. I am not religious and I have ZERO interest in religious songs. I should be able to block them completely.

Not at all helpful. This request has been in the hopper for many years. All I can think of is, Apple Music must choose the songs with the least royalties. I can't "suggest less" every country and religious music artist. I don't want suggestions, I want that music to stop playing, period, for all time.
HAHAHA - Of course I have submitted a request and complaint to Apple.
