Automatic Updates

Just bought new iPad 9th Gen. Transferred all settings from old iPad. But when I go to App Store, tap on my picture/profile, and look for Upcoming Automatic Updates, there is nothing there. See Screenshot 1, attached. On my old iPad you can see "Upcoming Automatic Updates" right below "Personalized Recommendations" (Screenshot 2).

All the settings on both devices are the same. What do I do to get "Upcoming Automatic Updates" to show up on the new iPad?

The illustrated screenshot is exactly as expected for iOS/iPadOS 16.x. As with any App, they evolve over time - and available settings and settings categories will change.

There is nothing that you can configure or change that will influence visible settings of the current App Store App.
