Photos with date and time stamp

Are you saying you want to have the date and time on the image itself? If you want to see the date and time of the image just select the image and type ⌘+i. In the info window you'll see the capture date of the image:

If you want to change the date then follow pjswiz's suggestion.

Does one of the photos you have listed post the date/time the photo was added to Photos and when it was taken within the third party app? I've never seen/experienced this.

If you want to change the date & time:

1. Open Photos
2. Tap Albums
3. Tap an Album / Find the photo you're looking for and open it
4. Tap More (three dots in the upper right)
5. Tap Adjust Date & Time

From here, you can set a new date, time, and timezone. Photos will remember the original timestamp and the adjusted one. 

You'd have to do this per photo, however.
