What is broken on my iPhone 11 Pro if I couldn’t get service even after changing the SIM card and didn’t have any physical or water damage almost perfect condition?

What is broken on my iPhone 11 Pro if I couldn’t get service to register even after trying to do a e-sim, changing the SIM card multiple times? Basically it would only work on Wi-Fi. There is no liquid damage or physical damage just normal wear from use

Have you tried installing the latest carrier settings update?


  1. Make sure that your device is connected to Wi-Fi or a cellular network.
  2. Tap Settings > General > About.
  3. Follow the onscreen instructions to install your carrier update.
