Do you mean on the image itself? If so then yes.

Go to the Edit mode and clic, on the button with … in a circle

and select Markup. Then you can add text

to anywhere on the image that you'd like.

Using file names as titles in Photos With Photos in Ventura, if you take a screen shot, title it on your desktop, and then drag it into Photos, that title becomes the file name but not the title of the photo. To get it as the title, you need to copy and paste or retype it. Is there a more automatic way to get a file name to appear as the title of the photo?

Photo Titles in iOS? Apple allows you to add Titles to each photo in Mac OS Photos, but not in IOS, nor can you see the Titles you added on your Mac while viewing them in IOS. This has been the case for three years of gradually improving synchronization between MacOS and IOS via iCloud, and it still hasn't been fixed. It strikes me as a glaring egregious omission. Searching for titles should be supported on phones and tablets, certainly. Does Apple have any plans to fix this omission?
