I had ordered Apple air pod pro gen 2s for my son and when we received them only one of the air pods worked, the left one did and the right one had no sound coming out of it. Can i please speak to someone asap please?

I had ordered apple air pod pros gen 2s and when they came in only the left air pod worked and the right one wouldn’t can i please talk to someone asap
