Why can’t I delete my apps from my library?

If you have Screen Time enabled, go to Settings/Screen Time/Content & Privacy Restrictions/iTunes & App Store Purchases and change Deleting Apps to Allow.

Then try deleting the app again.

Hello does anyone know how to delete apps from the App Library? Whenever I try to delete an app it seems to only delete from home screen and some of my apps I don’t use so I want to delete them and save some iPhone storage but it won’t let me delete the apps please help?
