Where can I buy the RemoteTalk cable?

Yes, I did use the links you provided me, but I had already contacted them. The services also gave me other numbers to contact, but those numbers I had also called earlier. They really just started giving each others phone numbers back and forth, making it a never ending call circle. This includes both Apple-support and Beats-support.

The last call I had with one of the Apple-supports (today) they told me that you don't sell them anymore and that I should just buy a rip-off. This sounds very strange, when they say it's "sold separately" in the instructions. On the Apple store website, where you can order the Beats Solo 3, you also include a picture of this RemoteTalk cable. So this is also very misleading:

So is there still a chance that I can buy this original cable somewhere?

Thank you for your reply. So you're saying there is no way I can order the original cable (with matching color) from Apple directly? Do you know if Apple/Beats don't produce them anymore, and if so why? And why is it on the product-pictures and talked about in the instructions if it don't exist anymore?

Hi. Thank you for your reply, but I have called three different numbers to three different Apple-call services in my country and they all tell me to talk to someone else because they can not help me. They also don't know where and how I can purchase this cable. So I would love to contact Apple directly, but I really don't know how to do that because they don't seem to know how to help me either. But is there a number/email I can contact where you know I will get proper help?
