Lock/Unlock screen using iPad cover
I have a iPad 9th generation. When I close the iPad cover, the screen not locked. How can I fixe it?. My iOS version is 16.5.1

but in my iPad doesn’t have that setting
Not all cases/covers include the embedded magnet that operates the iPad’s magnetic sensor that detects closure of the cover.
For cases/covers that do include the required magnet, ensure that the lock feature is enabled in iPad settings:
Settings > Display & Brightness > Lock/Unlock - set to ON
