iPhone warranty issue

Dear Sir,

I, Shani K.has been purchasing one Apple (Iphone13 128 Blue) Serial No- M4***VCJ on 25-Jan-2023 from the Reliance Digital Store. Now the phone not working properly like charging is getting a problem, the same has been shown to the services center Future World India Located in Nirman Vihar Delhi but they are refusing to issue in warranty. Please issue suitable instructions to the appropriate authorities to get it to be repaired under warranty. If the warrenty is not possible please replace the product accordingly
