Apple Music Preview Closing/Crash

Hey guys,

I have the problem of crashing my apple music, I've tried reinstalling, resetting, updating computer drivers, updating windows and nothing has solved it. Does anyone have a similar problem?

  • Windows 11 (23H2) - 25393.1
  • Apple Music 1.3.0.54 (1.768.13825.9)

I found the problem, MSI Afterburner is causing conflict with Apple Music due to RivaTurner hardware monitoring.

Anyone suffering from the same problem, I recommend that you disable the overlay specifically in Apple music, according to this video: https://youtu.be/xbHtvdyIK8g

Hi R_Gabriel,

I don't see an easy way to do this from Windows. It also isn't a simple form from within the App Store under Apple Music. I get a flickering screen whenever I have the Windows 11 app opened up, so I would like to report it so I can provide my system's config, or whatever other data points would be useful, to try and get that addressed in a future update. Is this even possible to open up something from a desktop session on Windows?

Thanks for any thoughts!

Steve
