New Beats Fit Pro not charging to 100%.

My brand new (less than 1 month old) Beats Fit Pro are doing this too.

To charge the case, I use the cable that came with the headphones with a usb-c to usb-a converter on one end and plug that into one of the open USB-A ports on my Mac Mini. The case will fully charge to 100% every time with no issues. One day I pulled them out of the case, once the earbuds connected to the computer, the left earbud gave me the low battery sound. I looked to discover it only charged to 10% after being in the case overnight and most of the next day. Since then I have been conscious of the charging states and noticed the left earbud will only charge to 93% when using just the case to charge the headphones. Even if the case is plugged in and charged to 100%.

I have reset the headphones as outlined in the How-To Article 102274: Reset your Beats Fit Pro: Issue persists

Now with all that being said, I have found that I am able to get them both of them to charge to 100% if I use the USB-C port from my Mac and charge all 3 together (The case and both earbuds). But this is not ideal. I do not want to have to plug in my case every time I need to charge my headphones just to be able to get them both to charge to 100%.

This is definitely something that needs to be brought to Apple's attention.

Good morning, I noticed that my Beats Fit Pro earphones, purchased not even 10 days ago, are not charging synchronized. The left earphone remains charged up to 93% while the right reaches 100%. I read on the forum that many people encounter this problem. How can it be solved? Thank you
