Can you run two 4K displays connected via the two HDMI ports at either 60Hz or 120Hz on the 2023 Mac Pro?

Just want to know if the two HDMI ports on the new 2023 Mac Pro allows for running two 4K displays at either 60Hz or 120Hz simultaneously. Thanks!

How many 4K displays can be connected to the 2021 14" M1 MacBook Pro? The specs say up to 2 external 6K@60Hz displays are supported, but doesn’t say how many 4K@60Hz monitors are supported. Can it support up to 4 external 4K displays at 60Hz?
