I have macOS 12.6.7. The application requires macOS 13.0 or later. I am using MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015). It's not showing any update after that. how can i update when some applications are asking for macos 13?

This machine does Not Qualify for macOS 13 Ventura
The machine maybe a wonderful and functional computer but Apple does not support this computer with anything newer than Monterey macOS 12
