I have an Apple Series 6 44mm watch that only has a white horizontal line at the top of the watch screen. Any one seen or heard of this issue? I assume it's a bad screen and needs serviced. Another symptom was the screen was rapidly switch apps prior to this issue.

With your Apple Watch not powering on to show anything on the display, make sure that your Apple Watch has been charged with an Apple certified charger or the cable that came with your watch. Perform a force restart to try to get Apple Watch to respond.
To force restart your Apple Watch, press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for at least 10 seconds, then release both buttons when you see the Apple logo.
