Unable to check update, Error occured while checking for update
Help me to solve issue, even i reset all settings.
I went to the apple support page. There is a contact area. I contacted them. I used I message to do it. I also have an iPad. Before you contact them do a back up of your phone to the cloud.
what ended up happening was they walked me through a few things. Nothing worked. I tried connecting to iTunes on my laptop to do update. iTunes said it couldn’t update my phone and me out. So through iTunes they walked me through doing a restore. That takes you though a reset to factory settings. Then itunes asked if I wanted it to access my phone. I said yes and it restored my phone with the back up. Works fine and was updated. It took a while though start to finish. Maybe 1.5 hours to try everything.
