VISA VANILLA PREPAID CARD DECLINED?

My card is fully activated. When I input it as a payment method, it is declined or cannot be verified. It is a prepaid visa gift card.

Have you contacted Vanilla Visa to ask why your card was declined? If so, what did they say?
