I can't swipe my iPhone Home Screen to the left to get to other pages

There are a few reasons why you might not be able to swipe your iPhone Home Screen to the left to get to other pages. Here are some of the most common causes:

I cant access my Home Screen by swiping left. I tried a forced shut down and it did not resolve the issue.
