Printing to a label printer from numbers

I have a numbers spreadsheet that I made for an address book. Columns A-F are name, address, city, state etc. column F I made to combine all the info and combine into a standard mailing address format in one cell.

what I’m struggling with is how to print those cells (all cells in the F column) to my thermal label printer loaded with a single strip of 2”X1” labels. So one address then advance the label feed and print the next address, etc.

this is a label printer, not a sheet of labels but a strip of single labels if that makes sense. Same type of printer a shipper would use to print out a UPS label or similar on a 4X6 label.

any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Printing labels is hard to do from Numbers.

I suggest transferring the address data from Numbers into the Contacts app and printing labels from the Contacts app.

Export as csv. Export to other file formats in Numbers on Mac - Apple Support

Import csv into Contacts. Import contacts into Contacts on Mac - Apple Support

Print labels. Print mailing labels, envelopes, and contact lists in Contacts on Mac - Apple Support
