Recently deleted notes
I have recently deleted all of my notes I was unable to retrieve back

Unfortunately, if the notes are not in the Recently Deleted folder or in a recent backup you can revert to, you will not be able to recover them. However seeing you recently deleted them, they should be within in the Recently Deleted folder. Please read - If you're missing notes on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support.
